MIfuns (previously MItools) is one of several tools we make available free of cost to the pharmacometrics community. Resources are required, however, for its further development and upkeep. MIfuns is an R interface for NONMEM® developed by Metrum Institute. The package is available for Windows and *nix (Mac, linux, NetBSD) operating systems.
MIfuns users who have upgraded to NONMEM VI, Level 2.0 should use the INFN files distributed with MIfuns for CWRES calculations and should not use a $INFN block or abbreviated code in the control stream for CWRES calculations.
